诗篇【84:5-7】
【诗 84:5】靠你有力量、心中想往锡安大道的，这人便为有福。
【诗 84:6】他们经过流泪谷，叫这谷变为泉源之地，并有秋雨之福盖满了全谷。
【诗 84:7】他们行走，力上加力，各人到锡安朝见 神。
【Psm 84:5】Blessed are those whose strength is in you, whose hearts are set on pilgrimage.
【Psm 84:6】As they pass through the Valley of Baka, they make it a place of springs; the autumn rains also cover it with pools.
【Psm 84:7】They go from strength to strength, till each appears before God in Zion.

主啊，当我软弱疲乏的时候我能依靠谁呢，谁能使我的心里充满喜乐，充满盼望呢，世界都要过去，像衣服渐渐朽坏，我能依靠什么呢，但你是存到永远的神，你是永不改变的神，你是乐意帮助我的神，你是救拔我的神，来依靠你就有力量，心里想念寻求你的人是有福的人，乐意奔走天路的人是有福的人，虽然有流泪谷，但是靠着你就能使苦景都变甘甜，流泪谷里要充满秋雨之福。这样坚定地走在神恩典的路上就力上加力，可以欢欢喜喜到神的殿朝见神。
靠主有力量去为主奔走，是有福的。祂心中欢喜，灵里快乐，虽然要经历流泪谷，要遭受患难，但有主的同在与施恩，一切的流泪谷都要变为泉源之地，能给人滋润和祝福，让许多人得生命的益处。
哈利路亚，愿圣灵亲自带领我，让我学会依靠你，你是我的力量，你是我的喜乐，让我行走不疲乏，还要力上加力，你还要将生命的祝福完全倾倒在我生命一切的苦境中。我要来亲自与你面对面，愿你荣光照耀我，我要将一切的颂赞感恩归给你！
我要时时称颂耶和华，赞美他的话必常在我口中。——诗篇34:1

靠着你加的力量，我要竭力来朝见你，我的流泪谷就能变为泉源之地，因你施恩赐福的神，不是降灾祸的神，你将一切的咒诅化为祝福，你要将每滴痛苦的眼泪变成赞美诗歌，变成生命泉源。
