认识拓荒者的精神
所谓「拓荒者」（Pioneer），指的是圣灵要引领我们去那未曾去过的领域，可能有危险，也需要争战，更能靠主经历得胜。神呼召我们成为拓荒者，伴随而来的是要我们脱离舒适圈，全宇宙只有一个地方没有圣灵，就是你的舒适圈。神期望你的舒适、安慰是从祂而来，不是来自于你自己的掌控。 圣经里的「拓荒者」，包括离开本地、本家的亚伯拉罕，还有带领二百万以色列人出埃及的摩西。近代，神也曾呼召英国的戴德生到文化、语言截然不同的中国宣教，因此成就了许多中国大陆现今家教会的起源。主耶稣来，不是让我们幸存于世或得过且过后上天堂，祂所预备的丰盛生命，不是只求对自身的蒙福，而是要从懂得给予开始。
拓荒者经历突破的五个关键
一、聆听圣灵的声音
保罗说：「因为凡被神的灵引导的，都是神的儿子。」（罗8：14）主耶稣也接受圣灵的引导，当祂的好朋友拉撒路病危时，祂没有马上来医治他，乃是有祂的时间表。当主耶稣大声呼叫拉撒路出来，那叫死人复活的神迹就发生了（参约11：43-44）这让法利赛人非常火大，因为这样的神迹使人们更归向耶稣，而在他们设计陷害耶稣时，也逐步实现天父差派主耶稣为人类受死，且死里复活的救赎计画。在面对现今震动的世代时，你是否有信心相信耶稣必在台湾得荣耀？父神对每个人都有祂的心意，唯有依靠圣灵，我们才能明白祂的启示。若是我们一直倚靠经验而活，就无法看见神所做的奇妙工作。

有一些非常有恩赐的人，但服事却常在原地打转，我发现他们有一个共同点，就是拒绝尊荣神放在他们生命当中的权柄。撒母耳记下第18章里讲到大卫王的儿子押沙龙叛变，元帅约押杀了押沙龙，传讯兵亚希玛斯却急着要去传信给王，尽管约押劝阻他仍然不听，约押没有跟他讲永远都不要传，也没有说他没有蒙召去传信，只是说时候还没到。 我们人生里总有些问题或盲点要处理，神会使用牧者、领袖或你职场中的老板来帮助你，让你经过琢磨后才能成器。而如同约押和传讯兵亚希玛斯，当亚希玛斯不顾约押的警示执意前去，最后约押也只能任由他。然而亚希玛斯虽然跑第一向王传讯息，最后却没有得到任何赏赐。 让我们好好学会顺服于神所设立的权柄，培养出属基督的品格，这将使你经历到突破的恩膏。
三、不管环境如何，仍要信靠神
当神呼召你去拓荒，新的挑战也将会出现，而箴言书告诉我们：「你要专心仰赖耶和华，不可倚靠自己的聪明，在你一切所行的事上都要认定祂，祂必指引你的路。」（箴3：5-6）当你回应神的呼召，开始尝试去做新事时，会发现自己完全脱离了舒适圈，无法再倚靠过去的经验，然而若能继续坚持，神一定会带领你突破困境。查克．叶格（Chuck Yeager）是二次大战时期的美国空战英雄，战后，美国空军企图要突破当时战斗机面临的音波阻力；而查克从爱因斯坦的相对论里找到了灵感，他认为迎向目标物的阻力虽愈来愈大，但在最靠近它时，阻力就会完全消失。当他驾驶的飞机因高阻力而几近粉碎时，他勇敢地选择持续加速，几分钟后证实了他的信念，也因着他的勇敢尝试，今日航空业得以发展出超音速的飞机。因着有人愿意成为拓荒者，愿意忽视人类的「极限」，不再依靠经验，单纯相信创造主的带领，突破也因此出现。
四、相信神的恩典够用
保罗曾三次向神祷告，希望能远离患难逼迫，但神却告诉他：「我的恩典够你用的」（林后12：9a）可能神呼召你做一些和你的性情或经验相违背的事，就像摩西有严重口吃，但神居然呼召他去挑战当时的大君王。神呼召一个人，不是看你有多少才干能力，而是看重你那愿意的心，祂容许你有软弱，好让你因此去寻求祂的力量和帮助。而成功的拓荒者还有一点很重要，耶稣在马太福音里说人在不多的事上有忠心，祂就要把许多事派你管理（参太25:21）。再坚持多走那第二哩路吧！在信靠神的旅程中，祂必与你同在。
五、要有受教的心，愿意学习新的功课

有两件事情会让我们容易离开拓荒者的突破恩膏。其一就是不要因着过度看重眼前一时的美好，让未来更伟大的命定被窃夺了。圣经里提到耶稣变相的山上，「彼得对耶稣说：主啊，我们在这里真好！如果祢愿意，我就在这里搭三座帐幕，一座为祢，一座为摩西，一座为以利亚。彼得还在说话的时候，忽然有一朵灿烂的云彩笼罩了他们，看哪，有声音从云中出来，说：这是我的爱子，我所喜悦的。你们当听从祂！」（太17：4-5，中文标准译本）天父在荣耀中指教彼得，不要因着眼下的美好而搭帐幕停驻不前，应当要持续行走，随时随地专注在耶稣身上。在服事中经历到的许多美事，我们为此感恩，但不要让这些成为生命里的纪念碑，要知道每一天都是耶和华所定的日子，都能经历突破，不要只停驻在昨日的成功。有些教会在数十年前经历复兴，但若只停留在过去，那么教会就只是如同博物馆而已了。
其次，避免落入「比较」的陷阱。马太福音里，讲到主人给仆人五千两银子、两千两银子的比喻，无论拿了多少银子，当主人回来交帐时，都是说：「你这又良善又忠心的仆人，你在不多的事上有忠心，我要把许多事派你管理；可以进来享受你主人的快乐。」（太25：21、23）也许有人在某些方面比你好，但如果你忠心于神所托付的，你们所得的奖赏都是一样的。既然如此，我们又何须浪费时间、精力和他人比较呢？我们可以藉由别人的见证中得鼓励，也能从他们身上学习，但神在创造你时，就是期望能成为祂独特的反照，不会和其他人一样。所以，不要去跟别人比较。
刚强壮胆勇敢向前
求主让我们能有新鲜的眼界去领受，不论神呼召你去面对什么事物，也不管前方的挑战如何，愿你能看到、听到圣灵的带领，更能拥有从神而来的勇气跨出去，如同箴言书所讲：「义人却胆壮像狮子」（箴28：1），在希伯来原文里讲到的是「完全地摆脱一切恐惧」，神要以祂完全的爱来充满你，即便在你还不完全明白的时候，要知道神若帮助你，又有谁能够抵挡呢？愿神赐福祂的信息！
