在我们的祷告中，神并不是永远依着人的时间表，来回应我们的祷告。有些时候，信徒开始祷告，魔鬼就更加凶恶，因为祷告是在灵界与魔鬼争战，我们必须坚心等候靠主得胜。因为万事都在主的手中，祂必负责。我们要随时与主亲近交通，主必垂听，主必拯救。
祷告能使人的生命进入更深的境界，借着祷告，你能超越忧虑、恐惧和怨恨，因为祷告是基督徒一切能力的唯一来源。在我们遭难的日子，在我们伤痛的日子，在我们孤单的日子，在我们恐惧的日子，借着祷告，神就成为「我们的膀臂」，「我们的拯救。」（赛卅三 2 ）
